Fired up Miss Mini early this morning. A couple small pieces of maple.

put half of my egg yolks on. Foil has holes in it to let the smoke through.

Here the are after about 30 min. along with most of the ingredients except the minced green onion and white vinegar.

    Those sound great, Bob! I gotta try that. At the pub now, leaving in a few to pick up some jalapeño's for some more ABT's to sneak in on the tail end of my baby back cook.

    I saw the Mini, I saw the ingredients, but why didn't you post a pic of the finished product? I swear I don't see any deviled eggs! :whistle:

    I change it sometimes, a little relish is also good mixed in.
