Well, with your input I cooked delicious Boston butt last night and ate it all day today. Thank you. The only other question is --- how do I convince my fiancé to cook on the egg every night?
Thanks again,

Grilling is a "guy" thing....remember???
Now if YOU want to cook on the Egg every night, I am sure she will allow it, so long as you make good eats!!

Good for you! I've had my eggs six months and have not used my oven once; have only used the cooktop a handful of times! My brother has two larges and cooks probably 300+ days a year on them...
