A few posts back the subject of stone crab appeared. Tonight we put away 2 1/2 pounds with a salad and some champagne. Sauce hot butter lemon juice and the second one was 3 part Japanese mayo, nice and thick,1 part dijon mustard and some black pepper.
Champagne is a TOSO Brut, South American, Argentina, that Florida Grilling Girl turned us onto at the Florida mini fest. Thanks Faith!
