Looks like some cool new stuff. Can't wait to start trying them all soon. Think I'm gonna make it a "THE KEG" weekend. Chicken tonight and some ribs tomorrow. I also got myself a cool new cookbook "Wood-Fired Cooking" by Mary Karlin. Many pictures of Eggs SOLD! Shoot...this forum is better than any book, but, couldn't resist. Now if I can get all my shtuff done today, I can do some cooking.

Have you found use for the gaskets? Guessin the wood has made some smoke for ya too

I haven't installed the gaskets yet. I am going to do the two larges I have at the shop first. The apple has been really good man.
