Great looking Salmon.
Really nice pictures too. I am envious.
Had dinner at a neighbor's house who used a gasser, was going to offer to take it to my house to cook, but wife said that would be rude... hmmph... -
Tell your wife not to be an enabler.....Friends don't let friends grill on gas.

Thank you very much. Salmon is one of our favorites, so we have collected a lot of different recipes. Tonight's was a new one and it came out well. I am still amazed at how moist everything comes out on the Egg.

Clearly at my house it is BGE only (a 2 Lg BGE family I may add). There will be no gasser used here.. -
