Hi folks,

Here's the scenario:

Just got the lg Egg and haven't done ribs yet. The day after Thanksgiving everyone wants ribs! (Probably cause I've been touting the Egg for so long)

I need help and a idiot-proof plan to knock them out.

Suggestions?

I have a LG Egg + place setter.

OkieEgg, You must try carwash mike's famous ribs. They are unbelievably delicious. Just take a look at that picture.......surely you must be experiencing a Pavlovian response!
