Moist pork tenderloin

First pork tenderloin (14oz.)on the egg.The best I've ever tasted.Very moist and cuts with a fork.I like this marinade.

No egg shots.Marinated -2hrs cooked indirect @350 w/ adjustable rig. until internal was 155.
sliced 1/2" thick

Plated with roasted brussel sprouts, carrots, blue potatoes

It cooked about 20-30 minutes turning and basting about every 8 minutes or so.
