Quesadilla tonight

Morning All:
What to do for dinner tonight? EggHatter decided we needed to use the last of sliced ham she had gotten a few days ago and we had some tortillas so let's go with quesadillas.
Here is her's on the Egg just before flipping...

and on the platter ready to cut...

of course a shot from the side up close...

Both of them had ham, swiss cheese and Asiago cheese. Here is mine just before going on the Egg...

and mine on the platter waiting for the knife...

Mine was thicker as I ended up using the rest of the stuff she had cut up, so it looks a little better up close...

The pizza stone was on the spider, legs down and dome temp was 450+. I let the stone heat up for about 15 minutes before putting the first one on. Nice, quick, easy and filling meal!

S, What is a "spider" and what is it particularly useful for?
I just put my pizza stone on the plate setter (legs down).
