Full Moon - TRex and taters
smoky b
Posts: 648
Sarah is now 3 days past her due date so maybe the full moon will help!!

If some full moon is good, then more is better right? so I bought a 6 pack of Full Moon (winter ale) :woohoo: :woohoo: Also rubbed a potato with olive oil and tony c's.

Left the tater on for an hour at 400 on the medium then opened the vents and let her rip for a trex sear on an 1.5' strip.

Pulled the steak at 145 internal. We split the steak and tater just cause and both thought it was great. Now it's baby time!

Great cookin Graham. I've never had any Blue Moon. I was hung up on Yuengling Light for a while. May have to give it a try. Good luck on the baby. Which hospital ya'll using?

We'll be at Huntsville Hosp. (hopefully soon!) -
Thanks Molly!

Both ours were born at Crestwood. We loved it there. Little bit quiter. The only thing is if the baby has bad problems they transfer to Huntsville and mother stays at Crestwood. My brother had this happen and he wasn't a happy camper. I'm sure you guys will do fine. Make sure to put up pics.
