Last night my wife wanted to try a pizza different from what she usually has, she called it a Chicken Alfredo pizza and it sure was good! Here are some pics...
Alfredo mushroom sauce

Covered with a layer of mozzarella and provolone

Next was tomatoes, spinach and chicken from Fridays cook

Finished off with bacon bits and asiago cheese

Right off the egg

Time to eat

Great looking cook. I tried to pull a slice of that za off my computer screen- now I have a big hole in the monitor! How bout some details on the cook: was the dough store-bought or home built? Got a recipe for the dough? How did you do the cook? What temp, how long, all the details of the egg setup, etc. The crust looks like it was done perfectly, so fess up with the cooking secrets. Thanks for the great pics.

I used homemade dough with high-gluten flour. I followed AZRP's pizza dough recipe(search forum)and since I found it my pizzas have greatly improved. I cooked it with plate setter legs down with the pizza stone sitting on top of some aluminum foil balls to help keep the bottom of the pizza from becoming overdone. I cooked it at 450-500* for 12-16 mins.
Good luck -
Egger 66: That's eggzactly the information I was looking for. Thanks for the details and the recipe reference.

I like your improvisation of making pizza. I bet it was good but was it rather rich ?
How was it with the provolone ? Your pizza and the others are making anxious to make pizza. Just have to make the Pizza dough.
