Neil did dinner that night and it was GOOD!
started with the wok full of chopped onions, red and green peppers, some mushrooms and about 1 tbs of dry Italian seasoning. cooked to about 75% done and set aside. tossed in two sweet and one hot sausage patty. not the breakfast ones but the larger ones to do like a hamburger. cooked and chopped those and tossed in about 2 pounds of raw shaved steak. When that was almost done added back the vegis, let it get hot and sizzling and poured in about 1 cup good Italian dressing. served on bulky rolls with cheese. and he had an apple pie for dessert.
