Sliders and Syrah

Did some 80-20 mixed w/cumin,Worst,garlic and stuffed burgers w/pepperjack and some w/chedder.Served on a Kings Hawaiian Sweet roll.If you have never tried these rolls it is a must,they are very tasty.

Served w/05 Caliza Syrah.
Imade a batch of these sliders at the Socal Eggfest,they eat real easy.

Look great! Cumin highly under utilized I think. Red w/ beef always a good choice, but I'm thinking cold beer.

Looks like a wonderful pairing. I need to be drinking more Syrah, thanks for the reminder. Oh, and I love the rolls, I used to try to make my sliders square, but it's too much trouble.

Very nice and the rolls are quite tasty. I noticed last week that Pepperidge Farm is making slider buns. I haven’t tried them yet.

I used King's Hawaiian Sweet Roll Monday and Tuesday for the 2 outpatient surgery centers where I took all the pulled pork I cooked over the weekend. Those rolls make a great companion to the "bite" in the Carnivore Robust sauce on the PP.
