It was brown rice with wild rice cooked in chicken stock and white wine. Some green onions and herbs tossed in.

Robins,
They are like a mild chicken. A little sweeter. A whole one is a usual serving. Not as much fat and the skin crisps up better than chicken. You can do a lot with sauces and stuffings.
