you could even stir fry or steam a few vegis to mix in and add a little more grated parm ... leeks would be good in there...

That's sound good Julie, I'm doing linguine tomorrow night so I'll try that. I just discovered a great idea when I was packing some up to take to some friends. I licked off the spoon and it's good cold, right out of the fridge. So I toasted a bagel and spread some on it and warmed for a few seconds in the microwave. OMG...delicious!!! This stuff is dangerously good.
