Mark,this is all off the cuff.
Fry aprox 10 corn tortillas(Quarter)
Spray cast iron pan w/Pam
Place one layer of chips,cover in pepper jack cheese,chedder,green chilis,and some sour cream.Repeat process until you have 4 layers.Pour 1 dozen eggs scranbled over tortillas(Slowly so they will cover all the levels.Place in egg indirect at 375 for 45 min.
