Mini loafs for the Mini

Had some home made gound beef out so I made simple meat loaf for the mini. Used sea salt, course ground pepper, granulated garlic, onions, Lee & Perrrins an egg and chopped jalapeno peppers. Sauteed an onion, some spinach and garlic added baby swiss to my loaf and dinner is ready.

Needed to heat up the mini as it appears the nomex gasket wicks rain water to the inside of the egg as Bobin was very wet inside. Well after a couple of load of lump all seems well.
