Spatchcocked Turkey Size on Large

Noticed in the past couple of weeks several posts on spatchcocked turkeys.
What is the largest size spatchedcocked that you can get on a large.
Any one spatchcocked a turkey on a small and what size was that?

Follow-up on the large turkey. If you go high in the dome can you still go direct?
Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.
