It's raining so I needed to have another quick cook ergo pork chops became the entree. I used olive oil, granulated garlic, S&P. Direct cook with the mini KIM woo in place at between 400 - 450 degrees pulled at 140 degrees. Add sauteed spinach with mushroons in olive oil and voila dinner.
