Jackie got home yesterday afternoon I already baked the cake

The goods

In the Egg at 350* for 50-60-min.


Cake finished

Potatoes and brussel sprouts with olive oil,salt and pepper

Chicken marinaded in the frig. overnight

Veg's well cook under the chicken


This was a wonderful meal

That's the first pic I've seen of someone else making Filly's cake recipe, looks like you did good. Something eerily familiar about cooking chicken over veggies too, just can't put a finger on it. Great lookin cook! -RP

I have been making the same rum cake for years, got it out of a Paula Deen cookbook!
