Bake sale tomorrow

Morning All:

As a fund raiser to be able to purchase Christmas gifts for the kids we serve, we are having a bake sale tomorrow in the office building we work out of. I figured I could charge more for Chocolate Chip cookies done on an Egg

(at least it makes since to me).

Here are a couple of pans on the Egg...

Made a total of 72 cookies...

of which we gave 4 to the local Community Patrol who came by to check out the neighbor's house while I was baking.

At least that much Jay, done out side on the best grill ever. I say 8 bucks a bag no problem. It's for the kids why not. :woohoo:

Hey Jay,

Just how many of the 72 actually made it to a bag?

Great looking cookies, I still haven't convenced my wife you can bake on the egg - think I'll use your post.

Morning Bill:

Believe it or not, 65 actually made it into bags. Four went to the Community Patrol when they checked the neighbor's house while I was baking them. As for the other three, I had one, my wife had one and my mother had one. It was difficult, but we did control ourselves.

Baking is easy (especially when I have a much better half that can prepare just about any to be baked item). EggHatter does the prepping, I do the baking. Works real good for us!

Only 65 cookies went into bags for selling...Kathy, my mother and I each had one cookie and I gave 4 to the Community Patrol that came by to check the neighbor's house when I was about half done with the cookies. Nothing like Chocolate Chip cookies fresh off the grill!
