Started working on my next try at ATB's last night, split 10 of em and removed the innards, washed, dried and into a ziplock bag. I have a package of Johnsonville maple flavored breakfast links, might fry em up tonight then in the morning cut to fit the boats or I could cut the links open, fry it up like hamburger and mix in with the cream cheese. Texture wise what to you think???

Oh, these were not that big of a pain to split and seed, hope the rest goes well,

Cheers,

Bordello
I'll get the hang of it yet.

cant see them not being good, i use italian sausage cooked and quartered all the time or the lil smokies when i think to buy them, in a pinch ive even just slid onion chunks in and they were good. wrapped in spam slices, well, not so good ;)

Sounds good Fishlessman, being as I intend to bring them to my ladies at the pub I will cook the sausage first, if they were for me I would probably just add em in raw, can't help but believe an hour at 350 or so it would not be cooked.

Any opinion on the texture from pieces of the links as to the hamburger style???

    Thanks,

Sorry, I meant using the links in pieces rather then cutting the links open and frying it up like ground sausage. Me bad at Eggsplaining. :(

Well, I might, depends on what time of the night/morning I end up doing em. I think I did the cleaning of the peppers around around midnight or so. Not a lot of light on the patio when it's dark. Will see.

    Thanks Bente,
