Hello WMK: eggfest advertising

We are planning to hold the first annual Gulf Coast Eggfest in Gulfport, Mississippi. I wasa wondering what is involved to get our web page posted on upcoming events at the top of the forum page. To date we only have a splash page with a draft t-shirt design: www.gulfcoasteggfest.com. Appreciate any advice you can give on this.
