Long story short, went about 8 miles to the store for ATB cream cheese, etc. Get home, charged for the cheese but no cheese in the bag.
I also have a container of french onion dip, would that work or get to runny and flow away? :(
Thanks,
Bordello
P.S
:woohoo: I found it, looked in the truck, coulddn't find it,came to the pub and when I took my laptop out of the back I looked again and sure enough it had slid out of the bag and to the other side.

Bob,
I sampled an abt at nieggara fest last weekend that had a hunk of pepperjack in it. Very, very good.

Thanks L.S.
I just edited my post, I have found the cream cheese so may make some of each. Was thinking of mixing a little of the onion dip in the cream cheese.
A great weekend to ya,

Not that you asked, but I got a bag of ground Chile de Arbol and put the contents in an old Dizzy Pig container. I sprinkle just a little on eggs, pizza, or on anything cheesy. Really gives it a good kick and has a nice flavor, not just heat.
I'd put a little in the cream cheese if I was making those ABTs.

Thanks Ms. Judy,
Your input is always appreciated. Now, I don't have the chile you mentioned but will try to wing it as I do have a fair amount of hot stuff.

Bob,
I definitely would not use french onion dip, it's sour cream and it would not hold up well. On the other hand and cheese works extremely well. I almost like it better than cream cheese. Good luck! -
Sounds great. I think I made just a couple long time ago,no meat though. This time with the pulled, sauced beef I think they will be good if I don't mess up the cook.
Thanks

Guess I will have to Eggsperiment a bit. How do you think mixing a tiny bit of the onion dip in some of the creame cheese will work?
I may try a few different types of cheeses. I only have 10 peppers so depending on how I cut em could end up with 10 whole ones or 20 halves, so can do several types.
Thanks,

Thank goodness you found it!

Storey of my life. Mom always told me if my head was not fastened I would not have it. :( She was wise beyond her years.

Cheers,
