Just got home and picked up this "jewel" :woohoo: on the way home. Since I'm extremely gullible :whistle: , I'll try it once just fer chit & grins :S :ermm:
Will prob have to split it 'cause "Mary's, where's the kitchen" ain't into any of my rubs :( :sick:

    Peel it,use any rub of choice,Mix up a mustard/Worchestershire slather.Put on the rub,then the slather,then rub HEAVILY with brown sugsr,wrap in plastic wrap,let marinate in fridge or cooler 4 hours or overnite is even better,Cook @ 250 dome with pecan wood.That's my way. :)
