So i want to try our first pizza on the egg this weekend. I've got a platesetter and lrg pizza stone for my LBGE. I'll probably go legs down with the platesetter and pizza stone on ceramic feet on top of the plate setter. Probably shoot for 500 for 10mins or so for thin crust. will let ceramics heat up for 45 mins.

For our first pizza we bought pillsbury pizza dough. It's in a tube and i think it's thin crust. Yes, i know, i should make my own dough but: 1. I'm lazy. 2. I don't have a food mixer. It seams like every receipe for pizza dough requires a mixer which i don't have. And the better part of a day to make the dough. So for now i'll try the store bought. Baby steps...For toppings i've just got pepperoni and some shredded cheese in a bag. Sounds kinda generaic doesn't it. What do you guys think? Do you think this'll be...... better than just calling up pizza hut?
