My friend of many years, Avocado Joe" he is my mango connection also, has been lurking for many years and a long time egger with a large and a mini finally has decided to post. Now if we can just get him to make a profile. Please help give him a BGE Welcome.

Welcome to the neighborhood, glad to hear you are going to do more than lurk.....
I was on the receiving end of some mangoes from Richard. We really enjoyed this simple appetizer of prosciutto wrapped mango cubes.
