BBQ chicken pizza

One of my favorite cooks so far. I cooked waaaay too many chicken thighs the other night so I had to figure out what to do with it. Didn't have enough SBR so I supplemented with Sticky Fingers Carolina Sweet. Then loaded her up with mozzarella and chopped chicken. Let the egg roll at 550 for 45 minutes until she was burning good and clean. 10 minutes later she was ready to go. Even got an atta boy from the wifey. My main complaint about chicken on pizza is that it is often dried out. No such problem when the chicken was egged!
