Sauce for Pizza?

Only tried pizza one time and used a sauce that started with "B". The suggestion came from this site and for the life of me I can't remember the entire name.

One that I see recommended frequently is Dei Fratelli.

Making your own is really pretty easy. Tomato sauce, tomato paste, garlic, onion, oregano, basil, fennel, and a touch of olive oil.

Like you said it is easy to make your own.I like a chunky sauce so I often use the hand squeeze method to get it where I like it then drain for about an hour.Then add your favorite spices.

I use 6-in-1 tomatoes. I order them by the case. Best canned tomatoes I've ever had.
