I bought alot of these medium shrimp at the Asian Market. These single biters were very good, just a pain to peel.

My second batch of this stuff in three days. I'm suddenly hooked on Pesto. This time I tossed it with some fresh made pasta.

fresh shrimp, pesto, pasta....doesn't get much better for a great summertime meal.

Used pine nuts this time, not pistachios but really couldnt tell a difference. I did use three cloves of garlic instead of three, that I COULD tell.

pesto is great
we make and freeze 100 cups or so each year. one thing we do different,
- use roasted walnuts vs- pine nuts
- lots more garlic -
That look GOOOOOD!
