Tenderloin and Braised cabbage

Did these 2 on a bed of diced onions indirect at about 350 -375. They were rubbed with fresh garlic, thyme and salt and pepper. Topped with the onions cooked down in apple juice. Braised the cabbage with a golden delicious apple. I love cabbage. Red sky was this morning.
