Stuffed Chicken Highbrow

Today I tried a new recipe out of the Dinosaur Bar B Que recipe book. It was called Stuffed Chicken Highbrow.

Among the many ingredients were asparagus, goat cheese, scallions, and a mild Italian sausage. Also topped with a Mutha Sauce.

I cooked them on the Grill Grate. Here is the link to check them out.

Mine so far are amazing. Durable and helps a lot of my recipes.

We will be in at the Atlanta Egg Fest cooking on the Grill Grate.
Also has anyone ever used this cookbook? It has some wonderful recipes.

Very impressive! I like the concept and the execution. Interesting cast iron grid you have there. How or where did you score that?Knoxville, TN

I've got the Dino BBQ book, but I haven't tried this one yet. I genererally like the recipes, though I think they lean too heavily on the Mutha sauce.

My wife loves the mutha sauce! especially on the recipe for the black & blue pan-seared beef tenderloins. It's a really good sauce and tastes good on a lot of the recipes.
