The spirit of this thing is to try new dishes, ingredients, techniques, and combinations of all those. I have accomplished that again and am quite proud of my offering. Of course there is something to be said for winning
, but I don't see that happening!

I know mine wasn't great,but it made for a decent lunch,so I'm happy Good luck buddy -
LOL I was pretty happy with mine and the customers in the shop this morning all taste tested for me LOL they asked for the recipe so I was happy'corse if someone was feeding me scallops I would not say no!

I agree. We all lose out not having RTD on the Forum.

So where is all the pics? RTD is a master of Photoshop which doesn't always lend itself to tastey eats......
