Ribs in the rain

<p />Lovely weather here in Austin, Texas. Rain with temps in the lower 50s, but the BGE just plugs along.[p]2 bigs racks of pork ribs, indirect at 250 for 5 hours with the BBQGuru while it's nice and dry inside next to the fireplace during our cold snap here in Texas.[p]Just over an hour to go. Hmmmm.

LAD,[p]Some were drilled that way...we got our large last year at the Waldorf Eggfest and it's the same way. Don't know if it was a mistake or intended, but that's the way it is...[p]QBabe

<p />LAD,[p]Good question. I have another Large with a different angle as is my small BGE. It works fine though.[p]Ribs turned out great. We ate them in honor of the Whiz's new great nephew.[p]
