Bone in pork loin roast

Store was running a pork sale and had whole bone in loin pork on sale for $1.48. Had them slice me up most at 1 3/4 inch thick but had them cut me like a 4 bone roast. Egged at 225F indirect with pecan for around 5 hours. Pulled at 145F but it came on up to around 155F. Wow was it good :woohoo:

Will pull a little sooner next time!

That's a mighty fine looking whole bone in pork loin.

Very nice, I am going to ask the butcher for that. Thanks for the idea.
