I first tried these about 3 or 4 months ago and everyone had a fit about them, so I'm doing them again today for an appetizer to carry to a pool party/ shrimp boil. I took boneless skinless breast and cut into cubes. I marinated it in a storage bag full of Zesty Italian for about 3 hours. Wrapped each piece in a third of a piece of bacon and stuck toothpicks in to hold. Dusted half with Dizzy Pig Raging River and the other half with Dizzy Pig Red Eye Express. Set em up on the adjustable rig and cooked at about 350 indirect using the spider and pizza stone. I added cherry wood chunks for the smoke. Everyone have a great evening!
