I have made chocolate covered bacon before when we saw it on the Food Network. I cooked the bacon up and dipped it chocolate candi quik. It was pretty tasty....

This actually looks like it would be good to eat. I visited the Texas State Fair last fall and ate some deep fried bacon. Yep, battered and fried. Glad I had several friends to share it with.
