Singing Tom's praises!

About a week ago I ordered a small Woo 2 with crossbars, 10" drip pan and the new Mini Kim Woo from Tom at the Ceramic Grill Store. The day after I ordered it, Tom called me to see how high I wanted the Woo 2 above the fire ring. "3 1/2 inches", I told him and he said that would put it right at the felt line (exactly where I wanted it). Today, everything arrived in perfect condition and looking like it will stand the test of time. Good old American craftsmanship at it's best. I just wanted to say publicly, "Thanks Tom. It is wonderful doing business with you. If you ever find yourself on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, I would love to treat you to a meal in the Cook Shak."
