Hello all I am new to the board and just wanted to stop in and say hello and introduce myself. My name is Charlie, I am not yet a egg owner but I have had my eye on one for sometime now and I finally talked my wife into the idea of owning one. I am from the great state of Texas and I enjoy smoking Ribs, brisket, sausage and chicken. I Look forward to making new friends here and getting great idea's for cooking on the egg.

    My wife was, shall we say, less than amused about me spending this kind of money on an egg! It has been just over a week since we brought it home, and while she still lets everyone know "how insanely expensive it was" she has been loving the outcome of all of the meats. I think another week and she might start talking to me again :whistle:

    Getting my first Egg has been the best decision that I have ever made in my culinary life. KayNOcook my wife is 100% in agreement with me. We now have three Eggs.
