I'm going to cook that buttermilk, hotsauce marinated corn flake rolled chicken tommorrow night.Man that was a mouthfull. Didn't know what to call it. I have two whole chickens almost thawed I was going to quarter up and use. I have the link saved from your cook.I know you used legs hanging from a rack. I guess these quarters will work don't ya think? Im going to put them in the marinade tonight before bed for tom night. Thanks for the help.

When you take them out of the marinade, put them in a colander to drain the excess buttermilk for about 10 minutes. This helps to keep the coating from getting to thick. I coated them by shaking with the crumbs in a ziplock, one piece at a time. Once coated put them on a wire rack and into the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour to let the coating set up. The coating is pretty fragile and will tend to stick to the grill lube it with some oil or Pam before you put them on. -RP
