We got chicken on a bun..on a bun.. on a bun.. bu.

Chicken breasts cut almost in half and pounded. Seasoned with olive oil, Italian herbs and garlic.

Grilled both sides, added little fishes, capers and chopped infornate olives.
Put a shot of the BOMB on top
Topped with sliced provolone.

Chicken breasts marinated in zesty Italian dressing for a few hours works great for us. Topped with a piece of muenster or Havarti cheese and served on a croissant makes an eye appealing and tasty sandwich!
