Dang it Randy. Between you and LC I gotta try this now but I'm partial to pretzels, you think that will work??
That chicken looks great. -
Great looking wings!

I took about a cup of buttermilk, 1/4 cup Texas Pete, 2 tsp cayenne, and 2 tbs salt and combined in a ziplock. I removed the skin from the drums and marinated for a few hours. Shook them one at a time in a ziplock with corn flake crumbs then refrigerated them for a half hour to set the coating. Cooked them at 350 dome for 90 minutes turning 180 degrees every 30 minutes. -RP

Looks like it's time to go to the big box store and purchase the "rack". It's got to be good at keeping the breading on.LBGE Katy (Houston) TX

I like it. Nice coating and great pictures. I bet grandkids would go for this chicken sans cayenne.

Cheers. -
Randy,
That looks great. I used to do that pre-egg, have to give it a try. Did you try the Arizona Gunslinger yet?
BTW, yes they were anchovies.
