A friend of mine built this one for me.
I helped with the design and carried some lumber.
4x4 posts
the shelf was built with 2x6
5/4 decking for the top
4 inch casters
It rolls but not often.

My only advice would be.... put some sort of protective finsh on it ASAP (unless it might be clear polyturethane?)
