Smoked salmon...thanks Thirdeye

This was my first smoked salmon, and Thirdeye sent me to his website to get my schoolin'. Turned out really well. I left the vent wide open and the daisy wheel open to get up to temp, then when I started to climb I closed down about half and hovered around 190* the whole time.
Sam's Club had some beautiful sockeyed salmon fillets.
