Wasn't really expecting much out of this, but turned out pretty tasty
. Marinaded in EVOO, dijon mustard, herbs de providence, s & p--8 min 550F direct..

Sliced thin across the grain...

Toasted sourdough, mayo, tomato, balsamic vinegar, fresh mozerella spinach....not bad for a thrown together meal!

Looks like flank steak to me. Either way it looks real good.

Hungry man--
I thought the same thing when I bought it! But package said skirt?? I thought I had already had too much to drink that day... wouldn't be the first time :pinch:

Looks tasty...definitely looks like flank rather than skirt. Was it tender or did you take any steps to tenderize ahead of cooking?

Nope,
No tenderizing, marinade stayed on for a couple hours...tender; not filet tender, but tender none the less. I'm starting to think publix miss marked it..
1.5 lbs for $7.98-- i was not complaining
