I cooked some'en:Homegrown stuffed zucchini

My wife picked some zucchini out of the garden tonight and stuffed them for me to Egg. No raw pics. Sorry as I had a rough 12 hrs. overtime at work starting at 4am.
She stuffed them with saltaed pepperoni, onion, mushrooms in EVOO then added italian bread crumbs to thicked. Hollowed out the zucchini and stuffed with mix then spooned pasta sause over and topped with mozzerela cheese. Added a little fresh chopped basel and a fresh sage leaf from garden. Cooked indirect at 350 for about 45 min with plenty of presimmon wood.

Wife is having fits with blood iron and both the pills and liquid is really hurting her stomic so she gets to have a little potato soup! :pinch:

She did eat a half of squash and, as always, hears the bird!

For tonights bonus pics its been raining in the deep South for days and everythings so green. New baby ribeye less than a hr. old. A little hefer but all ready got to many so she will go to the sale barn and end up on someones plate. Every once in a while I like to remind folks that that meat didn't start in the nice celephane package. Nothing wrong with meat. I love it but just remember the circle.

Looks amazingly good. I'll have to do that for the mrs. in the near future. She'll love it. May even try some eggplant as well.
Does the bird drink sweet tea? Farm looks nice. -

Looks great!
Just a helpful hint for your wife.....if you use an iron skillet to cook in, it will help raise iron level. Also can add a few raisins to add a little more iron.

Great looking cook and thanks for the "reminder" As a hunter I get so frustrated with folks that can't stand the idea of eating something that has been killed, but enjoy their steaks and hamburgers.
