I took a 7lb Smithfield Ham and rubbed it with a Hawaiian rub....Smoked it on the Egg for 6 hours over maple and hickory and glazed it with a mixture of Pineapple Juice,Honey and Crushed Clove.
Man this was some kinda good:exactly:....Me Michelle and 6 kids destroyed that Ham last night. Won't be buying any Honey Baked hams for $50 any more....$15.00 and this was better. There was enough left that I got a fried ham sammich for lunch today though. You have to try this if you haven't.
Gettin it going.

Nice looking ham. Too bad you can't buy one of those spiral slicing things.

Ham looks like it turned out really great...specially the "outside meat" my favorite part of a ham.

That looks great. Can you give some details regarding your cook temp and ham temp when done? How often did you baste? I see you went indirect with a drip pan. I gotta try this one!

Looks wonderful! What was the temp?

Great looking Ham, let us know the temps
I gotta try that -
This was a ready to eat Smithfield Ham form Publix. I placed it on the Egg at 200 for 6 hours and basted every 2 hours until the last hour and then hit it with the glaze every 15 minutes.
The smoke did have a major impact on the flavor.
