Made some pepperoni pie with my daughter Tina,she is going to help me cook at the Socal eggfest and will be doing practice cooks leading up to Sept.

    Great looking pizza!

    After looking at a few pizza cooks here, I am trying to tell myself not to load up on stuff when I make a pizza.

    I think my problem is just putting TOO much stuff on the poor thing.

    Going to go home tonight and just try two, or at the most three things on the pizza. (Not like what I have been trying to make, like a Chicago Style)Which have turned out not too good. Too over-cooked, or undercooked.

    Thanks again for the inspiration to try again. :laugh:
