Take jalapenos and slice in half length wise..scoop out seeds & scrap out stems...do this with gloves and don't scratch any body parts

stuff jalapeno halves with softened cream cheese & pineapple or mango salsa mixed...add little smokey and wrap in bacon and cook indirect at 350 until bacon is done...these reheat well and everyone will love themmmm
