Can\\\\\\\'t create an account

Forgot my password and Username. Every time I try to create a new account I get an error that the user name or password is in use (I don't know which and I tried several different ones) then when I hit the OK button I go back to where I was before except I have to fill out the complete form every time. After about 10 tries I'm frustrated and don't know where to go. Can I get some detailed instructions on what is required in each field? I could not find anything in the help section.

It must be the username or the email address, we don't require a unique password; and, though we should check it, because "handle" is profile extension, we don't check it for duplicates.

So, what user name, handle, and email address would you like to register. I'll see what it is that is stopping you and get you going.

Note: please post your email as "mailbox at domain dot com" so it doesn't look like an an invitation for spammers.

I think my previous handle was PastorMike but not positive. Anyway the site did not recognize it. I appreciate the site and use it often for questions and recipes.
