Little snack of cream cheese and La Bomba while we were waiting for the bird to cook

Everyone loved it, good eats

I did make gravy. WOW it was so good the best I have ever had. Wish I would have made more. Thanks again for posting the recipe, will do it again

Darnit, why can't I find the turkey recipe? I saw the stuffing but not the bird, or the gravy. Maybe it's because my network was fried in a lightning storm and I'm reading this site on my Palm Pre. Now you know that's a sign of a true addict!
